In addition, we want to introduce new, innovative methods. The maxillofacial surgeon of the National Center of Surgery Shota Lobzhanidze hosted invited guests.
Successful operations were performed in maxillofacial and micro-surgery:
• Orthognathic surgery - 3D planning with osteotomy, bilateral sagittal osteotomy;
• Osteoplastic treatment of jaws and facial bones using microsurgical techniques (removal of calf bone, anastomoses of the external carotid artery, osteoplasty using autograft and a titanium reconstructive plate). It is important that this kind of surgery was first conducted at the National Center of Surgery!

Both surgeries have been completed successfully, the wounds are healing with primary tension. According to the data today, the condition of the patients and the cosmetic effect is satisfactory.
