Why should you utilize the promotion?

Oncologic pathologies have significantly increased due to environmental factors, genetic and other conditions. Unfortunately, their delayed disclosure often results in serious and hopeless solutions.

What is cervical pathology and how is it detected?

Cervical diseases are divided into benign and malignant pathologies. Even any benign pathology, for example, cervical erosion (if not detected on time nor treated properly), might have irreversible damages after a certain period of time

What is cervical erosion?

It is a damage of cervical mucus membrane. The cause of erosion may be the sexually transmitted various infections. With timely diagnostics and appropriate treatment, it’s possible to restore damaged areas of cervix. However, it is a case for only 75%, the rest 25% might not only be subjected to medication treatment.

How to treat the erosion and causes of it?

In 75% of cases, cervical erosion is subject to medication treatment, which means that following the treatment of causes (virus or bacteria), damaged areas will be restored. It is of great importance to identify the exact cause. Medication sensitivity should be determined.

In 25% of the cases, despite the medication treatment, damaged areas still remain. In cases like that, as well as in frequent relapse cases, other treatment methods are used, namely, cervical cryodestruction i.e. freezing and cervical diathermocoagulation.

Which method is the best?

Both methods, cervical cryodestruction and cervical diathermocoagulation, are non-medication treatment methods. Both have their own indications and side effects. Of course, selection of the method depends on the level and size of damage, the patient's anamnesis data, Pap test and other factors.

Other cervical pathologies

Malignant cervical pathologies are one of the most silently and asymptotically developed pathologies. This is why cervical pathologies screening examinations, in particular colposcopy and Pap test, are one of the easiest and safest methods.

Remember, early detection of cervical dysplasia is a guarantee of survival!
