- You will be able to drink fluids 30 minutes after the test, and eat food within 2 hours;
- A contraindication to sedation is allergic reactions to the components of the drug and a general allergic background;
- On the other hand, sedation is completely safe and comfortable!
What generation of equipment is used to perform gastroscopy at the National Center of Surgery?
Only the National Center of Surgery's central branch had a complete set of the OLYMPUS EVIS X1 CV-1500, a cutting-edge Japanese machine with software and artificial intelligence, for the first time in Eastern Europe.
Which allows for the detection of the smallest details, reduces examination time, and has a small diameter gastroscope tailored to the patient's comfort.
Gastroscopy is performed from Monday to Saturday.
