"National Center of Surgery is the primary mean for my career self-realization and an essential part of human relations. Throughout 25 years of working at the clinic, I've acquired many loyal friends with whom every workday is even more pleasant and interesting. It feels like I’ve spent my whole life in the walls of the clinic – Majority of my memories, fortunately, most of them positive, is associated with National Center of Surgery. I spend my free time traveling. Visiting abroad, walking along the beautiful streets in foreign cities, enjoying the different lifestyle, gaining new adventures and experiences – this is a small list of reasons why I try to get close to remote places of the world. If I could turn back time?! I know it’s impossible and even if you could arrange a meeting with  20 or 25 years old Lia, I’ll answer honestly and say – I wouldn’t change anything in the past. One must be born elderly to make less mistakes; There's nothing wrong with human mistakes; If I can't make any mistakes, now that would be bad. Generally, I don’t like giving advices, because every individual has to decide on his/her own. Everyone can't use one particular recipe for life, can’t they? As for the professional recommendation, my formula for creating a successful career is this: recognize that your knowledge and efforts are never enough, make sure to be more professional tomorrow than today and move forward.
