The 18-year-old man was admitted to the National Center of Surgery.

The condition of the patient was critical due to the severe trauma caused by the car accident. The health condition of young men at the emergency department of the National Center of Surgery was evaluated by computed tomography. On the basis of the CT, the doctors found the calvarial and skull base fractures. The study also revealed hematoma, brain contusion and swelling, and broken bone fragments were penetrated in the brain.
