The abundance of phytosterols, carotenoids, and flavonoids in the nut helps to maintain a normal weight. It is effective with trophic ulcers and burns.

Of course, we should know the limits!

In some cases, the intake of these products should be limited or prohibited, for example, if a person has allergies and intolerance to any of these products, it is desirable to remove them from the diet. Patients suffering from diabetes should exclude honey and grape juice since both products contain a large amount of easily digestible carbohydrates, which can instantly increase blood sugar levels. With overweight and obesity, it is desirable to limit sweets, although sometimes, on holidays, it is possible to eat a moderate amount of above-mentioned sweets in the morning.
