Lecture regarding the examination acknowledged as a golden standard in oncology will be held in the National Center of Surgery on May 22nd, 17:00.
Full professor of radiology and nuclear medicine, director of nuclear medicine department at Emory University Grady Hospital, Raghuveer Halkar will read a lecture “The role of positron-emission tomography in modern oncology”.
The event will be held in National Center of Surgery’s department of radiotherapy.
PET / CT, i.e. positron-emission tomography is a nuclear medicine examination method, which is a non-alternative for cancer diagnostics.
