Cucumber – the healthiest vegetable of the season

You will rarely encounter a person who does not love cucumber.

It’s not surprising, because cucumber is not only delicious but also has many health benefits.

Here are the health benefits of cucumber:

  • It consists of 90% water. The vegetable is the best solution for people who often don't/can't consume water due to certain reasons.
  • You can use it for dermatologic purposes, in particular as a facemask;
  • Cucumber removes toxins from the organism and therefore it’s the best medicine for the function of the liver;
  • It’s rich in A, B and C vitamins – extremely important for immunity and digestive processes;
  • If you would like to maintain healthy, normal weight or lose extra weight, cucumber has to be in your nutrition;
  • Cucumber contains mineral quartz  - a guarantee of healthy nails and shiny hair.
